Executive Summary
The United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) is the result of an
ongoing consultative process intended to provide an analysis of how the United Nations
System can respond to national priorities and needs.
The UNDAF is guided by the goals and targets of the Millennium Declaration of 2000, signed by the Government of the Philippines, and the detailed national priorities of the Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan 2001- 2004.
