SUPPORT GROUP
The Working Group on Mindanao will implement agency agreements
with corresponding national and local agencies and pursue
activities under Multi-donor Programme 3, as well as launch
policy dialogues on peace and development in the South. By
doing so, it aims to attain better UN joint programming and
enhance national capability to pursue peace and development
in Mindanao.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
In the spirit of enhanced UNDAF collaboration and the joint
implementation of the post-conflict programme, the UN Mindanao
Support Group (MSG) will be responsible to the UN Country
Team and will be tasked with:
Drawing up and revising, for approval by Agency heads, a
joint plan and budget as well as workplan for respective project
components
Delineating the responsibilities of each of the agencies
Coordinating between the different project components (under
the Administrative Agent and individual agency)
